Free Shelf-ready Processing: Saves you as much as 78% in overall costs and speeds titles into circulation. We process orders virtually error-free to YOUR SPECIFICATIONS, including all packaging, covers, inserts, security tags, and labels. When you receive your shipment from MicroMarketing, it is ready to scan into your system using your downloaded MARC records and walk to the shelf. Your processing specifications remain on file for future purchases.

• MARC Records are free and downloadable from our web site for all titles we sell Create a shopping cart on our web site and either order the products and download the corresponding MARC records, or load the MARC records into your shopping cart to download a group and order the product later through your personal account representative or EDI.
• EDI: MicroMarketing uses Polaris. Others added as needed.
• Replacement Policy: For our active customers, we replace lost or damaged product purchased from us as follows: Audio Discs: free for the first year, $6.00 per disc thereafter.

Library Audio Book Packaging: We create our own library editions packaged in high quality plastic cases with fabric sleeves for maximum disc protection. Unlike many of our competitors MicroMarketing charges no inflated price for “Library Packaged Product.”
